* The admission fee may vary depending on the exhibition.
* Free for ages under 7 accompanied by guardians, Korean welfare card, and ICOM card holders 
* 30% discount on “Culture Day” (Every last Wednesday of month), 20% discount on Artist Passcard.
(The proof card must be presented on-site, duplicate discount not applicable).

Directions from the nearest subway station
– Gyeongbokgung Station(Line 3), Exit 3
– Take a Green Line Bus 7022, 1020, 7212 to “Buam-dong Community Center.”
– Go up toward to “Bukak Skyway.” Enter the road on the left in front of the “Club Espresso” and follow the museum’s milestone to see the Whanki Museum on your right (Seven minutes on foot).

Parking
There is a free parking lot for the visitors through the gate of the Whanki Museum. Due to limited capacity, parking is only available for the valid ticket holders during visiting hours.

Visiting Guidance

  1. Deposit backpacks and large bags in the storage area upon entering the exhibition hall.

  2. Photography and videography inside the exhibition hall are only allowed in designated photo zones.

  3. No outside food or beverages, including water, are permitted inside the exhibition hall.

  4. Please refrain from touching the artworks or showcases.

  5. Switch your mobile phone to silent mode and avoid conversations or calls.

  6. Guide children to follow proper viewing etiquette, preventing running, loud noises, or touching artworks.

  7. CCTV is in operation for visitor safety, artwork protection, and parking management.

  8. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs accompanying individuals with disabilities.

  9. Be cautious of safety in the museum courtyard and outdoor gardens.

  10. Due to numerous stairs in the museum building, it may be inconvenient for strollers and wheelchairs. Please follow the guidance of museum staff during your visit.

  11. The Whanki Museum is entirely smoke-free. Kindly adhere to instructions from staff.

  12. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion.
