In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all tickets will be timed-entry tickets and must be purchased in advance online or via phone. Please note that it is not possible to enter the exhibition if you do not hold a ticket or if you want to add a person to your original booking on-site without contacting us in prior.

 

Tickets go on sale at September 10th (Korean Time) and the museum will open at September 15th.

 

[Issuing your ticket]

-You can receive your tickets starting from 10 minutes before your entry time. Entry is timed and only valid for a specific time-slot. Please refer to the following time-slot below.

 

-You must present a valid ID that matches the booking information to receive your tickets and enter the museum.

(Tickets cannot be issued without a valid ID)

 

[Admission Times]

We introduce opening and exiting hours in order to keep a safe distance between viewers. Only a limited number of people will be allowed in the building at each time. Please check the time-slots.

 

10:30 ~ 12:20 (last entry 11:30)

-Preventive disinfection taken in all exhibition spaces : 12:30 ~ 13:50

14:00 ~ 15:50 (last entry 15:00)

16:00 ~ 17:50 (last entry 17:00)

 

20 visitors are allowed to enter the building each time.

We do not allow re-entry after the time-slot you have chosen.

 

[Please read the following]

Before you enter the exhibition, we will ask you to wear your face mask, write your contact information on our visitor’s list, cooperate while we take your temperature and ask you to sanitize your hands.

 

-Please wear your mask in all circumstances. Those who do not wear a mask or have a high temperature of over 37.5 C° degrees will not be able to enter the exhibition.

 

-Those who have traveled abroad, had any contact with patients diagnosed with coronavirus in the last 14 days, or display any symptoms (including heavy breathing and fever) will not be able to enter the exhibition.

 

-Children under 10 years old will need to be accompanied by a guardian and they must hold their guardian’s hand in the exhibition space for safety issues.

 

-Tickets cannot be canceled on the day of admission.
